1. In NetSuite, navigate to Customization -> SuiteCloud Development -> Installed SuiteApp List
2. Once the Installed SuiteApps screen opens, find the SuiteApp named "SuperSync Email for Outlook", and hover over the green drop down arrow under the "Action" column.
3. Choose "Uninstall".
