Description
The Email for NetSuite button is grayed out and cannot be interacted with.
Solution
The button becomes active when the contents of an email are visible.
If you have the Reading Pane enabled in Outlook, single click on an email to preview the email's contents. This will activate the Email for NetSuite button.
If you are not using the Reading Pane in Outlook, double click on an email to open the email's contents in a new window. This will activate the Email for NetSuite button.
You can enable or disable the Reading Pane in Outlook under the View ribbon.
