Possible Causes

1. There are no Record Forms selected on the user’s Profile.

  • Solution: Select one or more Record Forms on the user’s Profile.

2. One of the Record Forms is failing to render.

  • Solution:

    1. Narrow down which Record Form is failing to render by deselecting Record Forms from the Profile one at a time until the New Record tab appears.

    2. After determining the problematic Record Form, select only that Record Form on the Profile.

    3. Narrow down which Record Field is failing to render by deselecting Record Fields one at a time until the New Record tab appears.

      • Solution: If the integration is using a custom role and the problematic Record Field is referencing a list/record field, ensure that the custom role has permission to view the list/record.
