Follow the instructions below to create your SuperSync account.

Complete the Form Fields

  • Enter First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password

  • Click the Sign Up button

3. After logging in, you’ll be re-directed to the SuperSync Getting Started page. To set up your SuperSync Email for Outlook Integration, click on the Outlook / Oracle NetSuite box under Select Integration.

4. You’ll be prompted to enter your NetSuite Account ID.

The NetSuite Account ID can be found in either of these two places:

  1. In a logged-in NetSuite URL:

  2. NetSuite → SetupCompanyCompany InformationAccount ID field

5. Click the Continue button to authenticate NetSuite

  • Then, you’ll be redirected to log into your NetSuite account.

    • Ensure the correct account and role are chosen.

  • You’ll be redirected back to SuperSync to continue with your integration.

6. Next, you’ll need to click on the link that says Click here to get your Bcc Email Address. This link will redirect you to NetSuite to a page call Bcc to NetSuite. Copy the email address from this page, go back to the SuperSync page, and paste the email address into the Bcc Email Address field in SuperSync. Then click the Continue button.

8. The next step will ask you to install the SuiteApp into NetSuite (How to Install the SuiteApp). Then, click the Continue button.

9. You’ll proceed to install the Outlook Add-in (How to Install the Outlook Add-in). Then click the Continue button.

10. The last step in the SuperSync platform will ask you to copy your login token. This is essentially a password that your organization will use to log into the Outlook add-in.

11. Grant yourself access to the Outlook add-in from within NetSuite (How to Grant User Access).
