For many customers, it is a huge convenience to be able to log emails on-the-go. You are able to use the add-in on the Outlook mobile app the same way you can on desktop. Steps to access are as follow.

The SuperSync Email add-in will only appear on mobile after it has been installed on desktop as Microsoft will "sync" the add-in from desktop to mobile.

1. Open up an email in the Outlook Mobile App
2. Open the email you want to log to NetSuite
3. Click on the 3 dots in the email shown here
4. Once you click on the 3 dots, you should see this popup below. If this is your first time opening that menu, the SuperSync Email icon may not show up due to a Microsoft bug. If that happens, please close the app and start it again.
Once you click on Email for NetSuite, a new window will appear that looks similar to the add-in on desktop. The functionality will be the same between desktop and mobile.
